Can I search before creating an account?+
Yes. The site is designed so students can explore routes and prices first. Account features can come later when booking and saved-trip flows are ready.
Why do some flight searches fail right now?+
Production flight access depends on supplier enablement. If a route is unavailable, try another route or use the curated route ideas while live access is being finalized.
Do I need student verification immediately?+
No. You can search first. School details are useful for partner perks that require eligibility later, but they should not block exploration.
Where do I find my booking after checkout?+
Use the booking lookup page with the airline reference/PNR and passenger last name. Keep your airline reference handy for check-in.
Who handles card payments?+
Payments are handled through the secure travel supplier checkout flow when booking is available. Student Travel Pass does not ask you to enter card details outside that secure payment form.
